The original Miso for the Nobu Black Cod recipe. Made from Half Soy beans and Half rice this Saikyo Miso strikes the perfect balance between Sweetness, Fruityness and flavor. Due to its low salt content, this miso can be used for Dry age Fish before cooking in order to concentrate the flavor.

Nobu cod style miso

This miso is not too salty so using it for the original nobu recipe gives the best results.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
