Pure bred Kaluga Sturgeon (Huso dauricus) caviar. The epitome of fine caviar. Perhaps the rarest sturgeon species in the world, a cousin of the Beluga. It takes up to 16 years for the Kaluga sturgeon to reach maturity and produce the valuable caviar.

The Kaluga is defined by its finesse and elegance, a perfect symphony of complex flavours all balanced perfectly.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
