Our flavored Rice Bran Oil, “Sansho Koumiyu” , has a sweet and fruity flavor and sharp taste with the mild spiciness, which is a special characteristic of the Japanese peppers named "Budo sansho.” Sansho Komiyu can be used in various ways and in various cuisines. Sansho Komiyu is very good with salada, pasta, meat dished, fish dishes, ice cream and so on. Sansho Komiyu (Japanese Pepper Flavored Rice Bran Oil) won a prize of "Good Hometown Food Contest 2015" with new product development division 2013 by Japan Food Industry Association. Ripe Japanese pepper is used for Kanjuku Sansho Komiyu (Ripe Japanese Pepper Flavored Rice Bran Oil). Compared with Sansho Komiyu (Japanese Pepper Flavored Rice Bran Oil), it has milder spiciness and more sweet and fruity flavor.
