The Baerii caviar comes from the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon also called the Siberian Sturgeon. This species originated in one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world known as Lake Baikal (Siberia, Russia).

Our Baerii caviar cultivated in Iran and is a fine grain, it is smaller and darker than most caviar. Its colour ranges from classic smoky grey to black with a refined brown hue. The flavour palate of this caviar is nutty with a buttery after-taste. Its smooth creamy, butter-like consistency melts in the mouth. It is a popular and affordable alternative caviar to the Beluga.
